Background
Perform World have developed operational performance measurement solutions to help shared services and back offices manage their operational processes and people in a more efficient and effective way. We have options in the form of nine product sets that can be used at various stages in the lifecycle of a shared service centre. Our core focus is Finance, HR, Customer Contact & Back Office administration services. However the product sets have a wider application and would benefit most organisations who wish to improve operational processes.
Our flagship product is called Perform!™. This web-based performance measurement system provides visibility of performance; a powerful way for managers to monitor and improve their operations. Perform!™ enables an organisation to manage its operations more effectively, both from a bottom up and a top down perspective. This is achieved through the integrated system that resides on each desktop providing visibility, focus and structure for managing daily workloads, assessing performance and taking corrective action to improve on a continuous basis. The reporting features allows summarisation of results via Balanced Scorecard “ Traffic Light Indicator” Dashboards.
Team Experience
Jonathan Russell, C.A. founder of Perform World, has a background in Finance and HR Shared Service Centres. He has held key positions in a number of shared service centre start-ups in the Media, Oil and Manufacturing Sectors. He has implemented a number of performance measurement solutions within the Outsourcing, Leisure, Communications, Utilities and Manufacturing sectors.
We employ or contract experienced individuals from the field of shared services and commerce - people that we know personally and with whom we have worked in the past.
