Six sigma is a business improvement methodology that is being used by a diverse range of companies (e.g. GE, ScottishPower, Compaq) to improve their bottom line. By putting the customer at the centre of the business and measuring processes against their requirements, it provides a robust methodology to deliver measurable financial benefits. In addition by meeting the customer's needs it can reduce complaints and consequently improve the working environment for your staff.

We have developed six sigma training tailored for shared service centres - a version that is much simplified compared to the tools required in a manufacturing environment. We eliminate the need for complex statistical analysis and unnecessary jargon.

We have designed a training course which will not only provide you with the basics of six sigma knowledge but also the skills to apply to the tools to a shared service centre. The trainer, Dr Rikki Bhatia, is an accredited 'black belt' (six sigma project manager) with real experience applying six sigma principles to the shared service sector.
