This on-line tool measures the levels of alignment of people to organisational strategy. Outputs are in the form of detailed segmented analysis including a Dashboard Report that enables you to quickly assess & target problem areas within the organisation.
Importantly it identifies the likely causes rather than just measuring the effects. It produces a Clarity, Consistency & Commitment Benchmark Index Quantification assessment based on 120 key questions which takes about 30 mins for each employee to complete.
