Our flagship Operational Measurement System is called Perform!™
and the web-based system can be hosted on either an intranet or internet
platform.

Perform!™ is used to measure operational teams and provides detailed activity based information on performance. It provides summarised Balanced Scorecard Dashboards that can be shared with team members in operational review meetings to understand and drive improvement in a cohesive manner.

The data provided includes resource usage, volumes, defect analysis, issues and overdue work and is readily aligned to our simplified Six Sigma Improvement Programme that has been adapted to meet performance needs within a shared service centre environment.

We also use activity based measurement principles to understand the current state of processes and the potential for change. We identify productivity and quality improvements using a structured Process Diagnostic & Benchmarking toolset. The resultant management report sets out a prioritised action plan which allows you to build a business case and vision for change, for example to justify the rationale for implementation of a Shared Service Centre.

The performance measurement toolsets have been successfully implemented in Finance, Customer Support & Human Resources shared service centres for a number of well known organisations. Various elements of these tools are used by those organisations on a day to day basis helping them to continuously drive down cost and improve quality.

Savings averaging around 40% are typically identified over an 18 month period where operational teams use our tools to continuously monitor performance.
