Six Sigma Improvement Programme
We have developed a simplified process improvement programme relevant to shared services based on Six Sigma techniques. Perform World work with our alliance partner, Dr Rikki Bhatia, from Change Creators to deliver the following services:-

- More advanced training programmes for Black Belts.
- Six sigma tools and templates used in a Shared Services environment available on a license basis.
- Advisory services to help your people successfully deliver their first Six Sigma projects.
- Bespoke programmes to roll-out Six Sigma at all levels in the shared services organisation.
The Perform!™ web based performance measurement system can be used to continuously measure shared services operational performance. The system allows individuals performing operational tasks to analyse errors and defects, a vital aspect to understand pressing areas for action and prioritise the focus on the most important six sigma projects.
Our stakeholder surveys, using the Questback survey tool, also provide essential data to focus on areas relevant to the customer. Outputs from the survey exercise often highlight areas for action and trigger a need for a six sigma improvement project.
